Eassy: Manual feedback from the tutor (Help Needed)

Hi 

I am new to H5P. Our organisation is trying to create a lesson with text ,videos and activities. 

I see options to develop quality and refreshing looking lessons with videos and texts when it comes to activities am struggling.

Our activities are questions which asks student to read the lesson and watch videos and then answering activities in eassy or assignment  format which includes tables and filing up example in those tables. EG. 

One of our activity which requries student type in the answer in table, submit it and then tutor provides them with feedback, actvity like this is not marked as its only an activity its not part of assignment. It has to be a part of lesson which will help student to write up assignment later.

This activity is in table format. 2 colums and 2 rows.

since am new to h5p kindly guide me through, i tried content, presentation, eassy, branching scenarios, its not fitting our purpose. 

Although moodles lesson is well suited for the scenario but then H5P's intercative way and fun way of delivering lessons to students which is waht we want. 

Kindly guide me through, if something like this can be acheived.
