Interactive Video Not Displaying In Wordpress

I created an interactive video and used the shortcode [h5p id="1"] on a page.

When I preview the page it works fine.

But when I publish the page and view it no video shows up. It's incredibly puzzling.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi allpow,

Do you have a lazy load plugin? If you do can try disabling it and check again.

No specific lazy loading plugin. I tried deactiviting jetpack and WP Supercache. Nothing else on the site does anything like lazy loading.

If I preview the page from edit mode it works fine. What would the preview mode be bypassing?

Hi allpow,

Thank you for checking. Would it be possible to attach a screenshot of the browser console? Errors in the browser console usually provides some clues on what is causing the issue.
