ferpa compliance?

If I integrate H5P into my canvas course, do student's scores on H5P things (such as interactive videos) go through H5P.com servers?  If so, then are H5P servers FERPA compliant?

Hi gitpushoriginmaster,

The student's score does go through the H5P.com servers when being sent to a VLE via LTI, and H5P.com is FERPA compliant.

Could you comment futher on your FERPA compliance?  This is one of the roadblocks I'm getting at my current college, Is any PID exchanged when information goes from Canvas to H5P.com?
