I am not able to produce this on my Moodle site that uses the standard theme. Could it be some theme specific styling interfering perhaps?

m.vanbaaren@avetica.nl's picture

The sites where this has occured are styled by fordson.

Also containing 'raw SCSS', this does not seem to have an effect however.  I removed the raw SCSS code, issue remaind.

Issue also appears in Boost.

Hi

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle. : MOODLE 3.4

Mobile or Desktop : Desktop, not tested in other devices.

Browser: Chrome (YES), Firefox (YES), not tested in others.

H5P plugin version : 1.6 but same bug in 1.9

H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P : Course presentation up to date (05-07-2018 (dd-mm ;))

Note : the desactivation of h5p resizer can be a solution for fullscreen display but disable the responsive adaptation.

You can see the bug at this URL : https://arche.univ-lorraine.fr/course/view.php?id=22312

Any browser console errors : no

Any PHP errors : no

Is there progress in fixing the bug?

thomasmars's picture

Hi, thank you for the description and how to reproduce the bug. I have created an issue in the public H5P issue tracker where you can follow along the progress for fixing the bug: https://h5ptechnology.atlassian.net/browse/HFP-2137.

Hello -

I see via the link you posted that this Issue ticket is done and resolved. I am still having the same Issue with H5P course presentation to full screen in my Moodle instance. Is there something I need to do on my end to implement this full screen fix?

otacke's picture

Hi Drew!

We mark an issue as done when we have completed a task. This does not necessarily mean that the new code has already been released. Just wait for the next update of the moodle plugin that's around the corner, but may still take a little time to arrive.

Best,
Oliver

Hey Oliver -

Thanks for the info. I'll look forward to that Moodle update. Take care.

Hello HP Team,

Thanks for the H5P interactive video initiative !

But....(there's always a but)

There's a display bug on Firefox (in Moodle) when we display the vidéo on full screen and go bak to normal size:
The video heigth became thin an the video is no more clickable.

  • Platform and version number: Moodle version?
  • Mobile or Desktop : Desktop
  • Browser:  Firefox
  • H5P plugin version : version 1.20
  • H5P content type and version : Interactive video version ?

Hi,

I just tested this in firefox 76.0.1 and the video went out of full screen without any issues. Do you have a test page that we can check?
