Can you tell me how to enable the submit button in Moodle 3.9? I see the export button but no submit button.

Hi dmix!

That's probably an issue caused by moodle's core version of H5P not fully supporting H5P features. The problem was fixed (see https://tracker.moodle.org/plugins/servlet/mobile#issue/MDL-69736), but you may have to update your moodle instance in order to get the patch.

Too bad. What else can you tell the H5P community to help them sort out what the problem might be? There's a list of things to know at the top of https://h5p.org/forum/9 that may help figure it out.
