Single Choice Settings?

I'm attempting to add a single choice question to a 360 activity and the single choice activity is continuing to show the correct answer if the wrong answer is chosen before the learner has the ability to retry. I can't seem to find a setting to edit this function.

Is there really no better way to trouble shoot issues than this? We are actually paying for this product and I have faculty with pending curriculum activities and I'm just waiting on some poor soul to take pity and answer me on a message board? This doesn't seem like fantastic customer service. This is very frustrating.

I have never purchased a product that offers no tech support. This is very frustrating and the worst example of cutomer service I've ever experienced with a product that's paid for.

I'm sick to my stomach thinking of all bandwidth wasted on an activity I won't be able to use because the learners are immediately shown the correct answer after the 1st attempt. This doesn't even seem logical in a learning environment? How are people able to function with this product with a major bug like this and no support? Very, very disappointing because this potentially could be a useful and engaging tool but this experience is a deal-breaker and definitely feedback I'll give my peers.I would never want to see another designer put all this time in activity only to have it be useless.

But to answer your question currently this is not possible not unless there are changes to the code of single choice questions.
