Results not pulling through in Moodle gradebook

Hi all

I have a H5P course presentation activity with questions in-built. It was pulling through grades up until last week and has suddenly stopped pulling throught completion for some learners. They have shared the summary slide screenshot with me but no attempts are getting registered. When I log in as the learner I can complete on their behalf and it registers the completion and grade. 

Any idea what could be causing this?

Hi Nazia,

How are you creating your contents are you using the H5P plugin or the H5P core integration in Moodle? You mentioned that it was working last week since this is the case:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

I've created the content on Moodle H5P activity option not sure what would fall under. 

Nothing has changed in environment as far as I'm aware. 

It's not effecting all learners, as completion is coming through for others. But I have had examples where learners have done the quiz and reached the summary page, however the course is not getting graded. The 'user graded' and 'xAPI statement received'  events are not occuring for them. Which in turn doesn't record their activity as completed.

Nothing has changed in environment as far as I'm aware. 

It's not effecting all learners, as completion is coming through for others. But I have had examples where learners have done the quiz and reached the summary page, however the course is not getting graded. The 'user graded' and 'xAPI statement received'  events are not occuring for them. Which in turn doesn't record their activity as completed.
