Error when selecting words in Mark the Words Interactive Video

The error message is between the lines below.

Unable to save result data. Message: Error: Invalid or empty statement Code: 400

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Happens in interactive video. Other choices like drag and drop and question work fine in the same interactive video. It started out working fine, now each time a word is selected b the user, the above error appers.

Are you using any xAPI / LRS related plugins/modules? Is this WordPress or Drupal?

Ok, it seems that this issue is related to the Grassblade xAPI Companion plugin then. I think it it their code that throws the error.
