Multiple Choice Issue in Course Presentation

Hi,

I am having an issue with with multiple choice questions within the course presentation content. I'm using moodle to create an HP5 pre-learning with questions throughout. 

I have several multiple choice questions, but I want it to "reset" after each try if they haven't answered it all correctly, whereas it seems to be marking it altogether. 

I've attached an example, first try they have one wrong answer and one right answer selected, then two correct answers, then one correct answer, it will mark it as complete (3 out of 3) however they've never selected "Displaying respectful behaviour..." which is one of the mandatory correct answers. 

Is it an issue with the way I've set up the grading or multiple choice behaviour? I want it to always have to have them select the 3 correct answers at the same time in order to be scored correctly.
