Problem with editing interactions in interactive videos

Hello everyone,

maybe some of you could help. I created an interactive video last year - now I would like to edit some of the interactions. But it doesn´t work. I can run the video in the backend of wordpress, I can click on "bearbeiten", I can add interactions but I can´t edit the already existing interactions. Does anyone have a hint for me?

Hi Andrea!

I think it would help if you told the H5P community what's happening when you try to edit existing interactions? If, for instance, there's some message in the developer console, knowing about that message would be very helpful.

Short hint: Most browsers allow you to have a look at developer console by pressing F12.

thank you for your hint :) . When I try to edit the existing interactions the video starts and nothing else happens. But while writing this post, someone told me to try another browser - an tata: editing works with edge but not with firefox.

Hi!

There seems to be something weird going on for sure. There are hints to a CORS issue where some content that you are trying to use is from a different domain and cannot be used on yours, but that should not crash the editor - and the "Unbekannte Funktionalität" messages seem to be something on top.
