H5p content bank activity updates

Hi

The Moodle version 3.9 recently installed in my organisation includes the h5p content bank  plugin but it does not have the updates for the activities. We are keeping the h5p black interaction for this purpose. My question is any updates I run using this black interaction button will update the activities from the content bank or are there any alternative to update activities from the content bank?

I'll appreciate your help on this

Hi rosorio,

The Moodle Core version of H5P (black icon) was developed by Moodle core. While it is possible to get answers in this forum you may have better luck if you also post you question in the Moodle forums.

I am not fully sure if I understand you correctly, but the H5P plugin (black icon) and moodle's custom integration (blue icon, content bank) have a lot in common, but they are not depending on the other or using the other.

If you update H5P libraries in the plugin, that will do nothing in moodle's integration and vice versa. If you want to update H5P libraries on moodle's custom integration, you either need to upload libraries manually or set up a task that will run automatically once in a while and update libraries, please see https://docs.moodle.org/39/en/H5P#Manage_H5P_content_types
