Complex fill the blanks not displaying incorrect feedback when set to type in answers

Hello,

The Complex Fill in Blank content type is wonderful for verb tense activities and has massive potential. For me, the individual feedback and highlighting works perfectly when set to "dropdown" mode. However, when I set it to "type in" mode, neither the individual feedback nor the highlighting displays. When I click the red "i" button, it just wiggles left and right. I am using Firefox on a Mac, and there is no browser console error. The same issue occurs with Safari and Chrome.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a limitation of the "type in" mode. If the feedback is only intended to display in "dropdown" mode, perhaps the red "i" button should not appear (and wiggle) for incorrect answers in "type in" mode.

I suppose you mean the Advanced Fill in the Blank content type. I see no reason why it does not display the "incorrect answer" feedback on a Mac. Can you test it on a Windows platform? Could you attach your H5P content to your next reply so we can examine it?

Same issue on Windows

Hi Papi Jo

In our H5P account, the activity is titled Complex Fill in the Blank, but it looks about the same as the Advanced Fill in the Blank. The same issues come up on Windows. I'm using H5P with Brightspace and it's password protected, so I'm unable to share the content here. When I tried to download a .hfp file, I got an error saying it was forbidden/unauthorized.

Do you think this issue can be resolved?
