Interactive video text interaction

Bugs in content types

In Moodle3.10 on desktop when adding interaction of text sometimes the text box is "folded" and all the space to write on disapears.

Hi Lihi,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

If it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Hi, 

Adding details to your request - 

1. It happens occasionally. I can't find any pattern, but it happens quite alot. maybe more when creating new line.

2. Moodle310

3.Desktop

4.Chrome

5.H5P version (if I understand your meaning exectly) is 1.21.1

6.H5P content type is Interactive video  version 1.22 , but the problem is not in the video itself, but in added interaction of text (Maybe it's Text library version 1.1.15)

7.I didn't see any console errors

8.I didn't see any php errors

9.I added a screen shot.

Don't know If it worked before.

Hi Lihi,

Can you please double check the browser console (F12) when the issue is present. As of the moment I am unable to reproduce the issue.

I repoduced the bug with the conole open, but there are no errors. I add the screensut.

I checked the consol again and see that there no errors, but there are warnings and possible improvments. I add screen shots.

Hi Lihi,

It doesn't look like the browser console have any clues. If anyone else in the community have any suggestions feel free to post it here.

I also suggest that you check this thread. The suggestion might help.
