Video not supported error while adding Panopto video on H5P interactive video. Web browser Debug console shows "Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin response...."

I have tried in vain to integrate a video from Panopto into the "interactive video" function. I always get the message: Video format is not supported. What is the error?
