Placing created tested into LMS

Brand new to H5P and not tech savy. So we use CIMA as our LMS and their customer support suggested I use this platform for creating a test type not supported by their platform. I have created the test but have no idea how to get it from H5P into CIMA. There is an option in CIMA to use H5P content, it is looking for a code from H5P. Any help greatly appriciated.
