Hello,
I'd like to use the interactive video.
I don't find buttons for the transcription and subtitles integrated into the player. Do these settings exist? If yes, how to configure them?
Thank you!

Hi Andrea,You can add
Hi Andrea,
You can add subtitles under "Text Tracks". To do this you first need to create a .VTT file. You can then upload the file in to your content.

Hi Andrea!
It doesn't make sense in all occasions, but there's also a content type called "Transcript" that allows you to present videos or audios with an interactive transcript (also based on VTT files).

Transcription / subtitle
Thank you,
I created a vtt file, it works, thanks ! But subtitle is different than transcription. Subtitles are displayed in the video according to the timing. But transcription is a pdf file available throughout the video. A workaround could be to create a link to a pdf located in the course. But a better solution could be to find this feature in the player. Example attached. Do you have a suggestion?
Thank you

Interactive video - server streaming
Hello,
Thanks for your quick responses. I have another question. We want to use videos located in our own streaming server. But I have an error message : video format not supported. Can you suggest a solution to use our streaming server ? Thank you

Interactive video - server streaming
Hi,
Thank you for your response. We have already read this article. The file extension is indeed .mp4 in our link, but it don't work, we still have an error message. Is there any other permission to give? Is there a problem with the player? What is your suggestion? Thank you and have a nice day

Hi Andrea,Having the file
Hi Andrea,
Having the file extension as .mp4 is not a requirement nor a solution to the issue. The Interactive video needs a "URL that points to a media file directly". My suggestion is that you reach out to the streaming/video hosting provider and ask for assistance on how to get the URL that points to the media file.
