account disabled

Hi guys,

Sorry, I don't have any technical experience. I'm building content for a project for my company.  I was using an account made by our consultant.  I changed the account email to my own, and tried to buy the membership using my company card with a different name.  The account was then disabled.  I don't really want to dowload all our content.  How to reactivate my account and how should I change the account information so as to use the company card.
