Font Awesome via CKEditor

Has anyone tried or succeded in adding Font Awesome icons in Wordpress H5P (with the Font Awesome plugin) via an edit of the H5P CKEditor? Is editing the H5P CKEditor even possible?

I have never done this, but in theory, there's a way to customize the CKEditor. Please cmp. https://h5p.org/adding-text-editor-buttons

You should be aware though that content that you create with your customization may not work as intended if you download it and install it to other platforms running H5P.

Also, H5P Group is currently migrating CKEditor version 4 to version 5, so this may impact your efforts.
