Virtual tour (360)

hi, not sure if this is a bug?

I have created a Virtual tour with quiz questions embedded for a student to answer as they move through the virtual environment. While the student receives an outcome to their answer to the quiz at the time of completing - nothing else appears to be recording. The H5P activity has populated into the Moodel gradebook but nil outcome / grade is recorded. Which is then impacting the Moodle course activity completion, as this is set at student receiving a grade for the virtual tour activity.

We use the H5P plugin in our Moodle site.

I've tested it in Chrome and Edge. We are an OpenLMS client and are now using Moodle 4.1.

Hoping someone might be able to provide some insights.
