Interactive video - End card

Hi, 

After some recent updates to the interactive video element, the end card doesn't show up automatically when adding a submit-screen. If I don't add a submit-screen, the end-screen will show up at the end of the video.

Is this a bug, or am I missing some option somewhere in the settings?

Running on Moodle 4.2

Follow up question:
Is there any way that you could make the end card and the green "send answers" button obligatory for users, before they can exit or move away from the activity?

I also get this when I try to save after changing the language on the descriptions:
