What is the purpose of this forum?

Hello,

Forums are normally used to provide assistance in solving problems - I'm not so sure about this forum.

Theoretically, there is also an admin in a forum who takes care of questions that have not been answered by other forum members.

Not here - a question has been unanswered here from February 24 until today.

No help with the possible better formulation of the question, nor help with the problem itself - nothing.

Hi Marco,

You are correct that the H5P forums is community driven. Sadly not all questions can be answered by the community. There are admins such as myself that will provide solutions to questions that we know the answer to. However, I am not a developer and base my answers solely on what I can reproduce or previous questions that have been answered. As I do not fully grasp your issueI will have to ask you some additional questions but I it is best that I do that your original post.
