Hi ciom,

There are 3 ways to create H5P contents:

  1. You can install the free H5P plugin and self-host your contents: https://h5p.org/integrations#plugins
  2. Sign up for a license for H5P.com. There is a 30 day free trial so that you can try it first before signing up. You can register through https://h5p.com/. You can also send an email to [email protected] for more details. 
  3. There are 3rd party hosting services or authoring tools. You can look for them using your favorite search engines.
