Issue with Interactive Books Scores Not Appearing in Gradebook

Hello,

We've received feedback from a professor that students using the Interactive Books are experiencing issues with scores not being recorded in the gradebook. This problem affects two recently developed courses. Although students click the green "Submit Report" button on the Summary page, the scores are still not appearing in the gradebook.

Could this be related to an H5P issue? If not, do you have any suggestions on what we might need to address?

Hi

I believe the problem has been resolved. When inserting an interactive book into an assignment in Canvas, the correct way would be to select "Submission Type", "External Tool,"  and then select your interactive book from there, rather than clicking the Apps button (a charger icon) in the toolbar of the assignment.
