Problems importing H5P into Moodl

Recently I have run into a couple of problems trying to import H5P content made on the H5P.org website (using a paid acount) onto my departmental Moodle site. I create the activity (using course presentation or book) on the H5P site (as I've done for a long time) and when I upload it to my university web page I get the following warning:

Another time I got this warning:

To double-check I also tried to open the exported file using LUMI but still no luck. It's as if the export doesn't work correctly. Up until a few weeks ago I had no problems doing this. I have contacted the site managers and asked about the problem. They say H5P is updated, but according to the second message it would appear it is not.

Is anyone else having a similar problem?

Thanks.

Hi!

Your post does not show the error messages that you received. Therefore, I need to guess.

Is it this one?

I assume that your moodle site uses an outdated version of the H5P plugin for moodle (if you use that one) or that your moodle site does not yet use the h5plib_v127 plugin that moodle's custom H5P integration requires before moodle v4.5.

Best,
