Single Choice Set: GI NOW CANNOT EDIT

I am using a single choice set with 5 questions. This H5P tool is being used as a plugin, with the most recent update being done in the past few days.

Learners were having issue, I went to edit and now I can't when clicking int he question part it just goes blank like the below. PLEASE HELP it is driving me nuts!

Can you please elaborate on what you mean with "many have experienced issues with not being able to complete all of the 5 questions"? Do they not see all the questions, are they getting an error message, or something else? Additionally, you can upload your content here or provide a link to your content so that we can try to reproduce.

Hi, 

They vary, but the theme is they were not able to see all of the questions, only the first 3. They had to come out of the course and go back in a few times before they were able to complete it. Their term was 'glitchy'. They also highlighted this for another single choice set we used. Woudl this have anythign to do with when I used it we then had the H5P plugin upgraded? At the moment I have deleted the questions and using new version to pop the questions back in to see if this fixes it.
