Score sometimes saved for users, whilst others not saving

Hi, I am using WordPress H5P.
Basically I have a problem. In my lesson, on an interactive video, only SOME of my students results are being saved. Other students have done the questions but nothing has been saved for them. Any idea why not?

Just checked the SQL database
Just checked the SQL database. Results for certain students who I KNOW have done the interactive video are not stored in their either.

Only saved at end of video
Hi,
Interactive Video scores are only saved on a 'completed' event, and this event is only fired when the last second of the video is watched. This essentially means that if you haven't watched the last second of the video your score will not be recorded. Hopefully this can be resolved in a better way in the future, when do you think an Interactive Video should be regarded as 'completed' and get a score ?
