We will test H5P with Moodle
We will test H5P with Moodle 3.2 this year, and hopefully get it release an updated version early January 2017. It depends a little bit how much work is required to support the new Moodle version.

I have installed the current
I have installed the current H5P Moodle plugin on a (local) Moodle 3.2+ (Build: 20161222) installation and have not noticed any problems so far. Except for the Boost Theme problem reported (and solved) in this discussion: https://h5p.org/node/38304
