Be good if when you embed video from sites like Youtube that H5P respected the "Copy Video URL at Current Time" extra URL data.

Hi richpb7,
It should actually be the other way around. H5P uses an API that Youtube created this API does not include this feature of Youtube and thus H5P cannot use it.

Thanks, but I was simply thinking of when you embed a start time in the URL string? For example:
https://youtu.be/2JxZui5TmUc?t=179
Tried that on a 360° image but it just started at the beginning.

Hi richpb7,
Yes this is how you change the start time when you are going to play the video in Youtube. However as I mentioned Youtube does not send this information through their API. What makes YT special compared to other video hosting provider is that you don't need to have the source URL for the video. You simple need the URL for the player and YT automatically provides source video through their API. What this means is that H5P is not playing the video from the player website but YT is directing it to the where the video is saved in their server which does not have the start time feature.
I hope this helps and if you have any clarifications feel free to post it here.
