Error message when lunching activity from course with in moodle

Does anyone have an idea what this error messages is and how to fix it?

Trying to add Find Words to content bank please see message below:

This content is displayed in preview mode. No attempt tracking will be stored.

invalid-library-json-file : Could not find library.json file with valid json format for library H5P.JoubelUI-1.3

Trying to lunch from course please see message below: 

failed-creating-export-file : Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Failed to unserialise data from file. Either failed to read, or failed to write.

Hi Ron!

You are using moodle 3.9+ that uses an H5P implementation that was not created by the H5P core team, but by moodle. You might have better chances to get an answer on their forums at https://moodle.org/forums.

Having said that, I just uploaded the sample content for Find the Words and uploaded to the content bank of a moodle 3.9 instance. It worked flawlessly. Given the error message, I can just assume that the file mentioned inside the file archive (H5P.JoubelUI-1.3/library.json) got corrupted some way or doesn't exist at all. You could try to download the sample content from https://h5p.org/find-the-words again and upload that one to install the missing libraries (if you have the rights to install libraries that is, of course).
