Error in H5P cross word activity in moodle

Hi,

I got an error while playing H5P cross word activity in moodle.  Moodle version is 3.9

Please check the screen shot and kindly help on this.

Hi ranganat86!

It seems that "Find the Words" (Crossword is in fact a different content type) was not properly installed (at least that's what usually causes the message). You might want to re-install it.

Is it possible to reinstall Find the word separately ?

Yes. You said you're using moodle 3.9, so I assume that you're not using the H5P plugin for moodle that was created by the H5P core team, but moodle's own integration of H5P into moodle core.

As an administrator, you'd go to the "Manage H5P content types" settings and upload the demo content from https://h5p.org/find-the-words (not sure if you need to delete the existing Find the Words library on the same page before) or you delete the existing Find the Words library and re-trigger the sync to the H5P server to fetch it.
