More options of feedback in Interactive Videos

Hello!

I am going to do my final dissertation about Interactive videos. I have chosen H5P to create my videolecture and make it interactive as it is the one that allows more activities to inserte on it. However, while playing with H5P on Moodle (with the plugin), I have realised that not all the activities that the Interactive video supports can have specific feedbak. For instance, when doing a fill in the blanks activity, I can give general feedback, but not specific feedback for each of the options. The same happens with mark the words, single choice and other activities.

Could it be possible to change the code and give feedback as the drag text activity allows? Is it too difficult to achieve?
