Automatically change Embed Frame size from Desktop to Smartphone

I would like to integrate (embed) H5P content into my online course.
But people are using it on different devices!
if I scale the frame for the Desktop it is too big for the Smartphone and really inconvenient to use! even sometimes some functions are out of reach...
if I scale it small fitting the smartphone screen it is too small and not fitting the desktop...

Any workaround? or is it possible that the window (embed) size would change automatically!
