How do I get a spreadsheet of all the students and their respective results on the questionnairs they had to complete.

Hi Anjavk,

H5P does have a feature to do this. The H5P contents emits the scores using xAPI statements and another plugin or in Moodle's case the Gradebook listens to this statements to save them. If the plugin you are using to capture the scores has this feature you can definitely utilize that.
