Translate to norwegian

Hi, 

I want to translate H5P into norwegian. How do I proceed? Do these translation files exist already?

Hei sindrefjell!

There are at least two options to contribute to the translations.

The first one is by creating/changing/amending the files in the respective github repositories (see https://h5p.org/node/935). You'd check the `language` folder for and nb.json (for bokmål) or nn.json (for nynorsk). If it doesn't exists, you can simply clone the .en.json file and rename it appropriately. You then change the strings, create a pull-request, and that's it.

The second approach is probably better if you are not familiar with working with git and github - or if you want several convenient and useful extra features that help with translating. There's a site at https://translate-h5p.tk/ that allows to modify the translations via a web-based interface. Please see https://translate-h5p.tk/contributing/ for details.
