Is H5P IV Picture in Picture is available for mobile?

Hey guys

I've been studying some modifications in the H5P's Interactive Video Javascript, and I noticed that the picture in picture function is disabled. How could I enable it for mobile users? So they can continue watching the video with a floating window on their phone

I understand that this function would only bring the video source, and not the interactivity layer, but the doubt remains.
