Unable to "Save" content

Several of our instructors recently started experiencing difficulty uploading and saving content on H5p.org. It will upload, but when they try to Save it just keeps spinning. Any ideas what the issue could be? I've attached an example.

Hi Diane,

To prevent abuse you cannot upload contents in H5P.org that is larger than 16 MB. Also please note that this site is for testing purposes only and should not be used to host "real" content. Check the getting started page for information on how you can use all the content types and use H5P for real.
