Questionset doesn't show anything in Moodle

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen):

I can create a Question set in Moodle, but when I save it, It doesn't show anything with some errors in console.

If I embed this in an activity or Resource, I get this error(no error in console):

H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.

Question set: 1.17.6

JOUBEL UI: 1.3.11

I can't download the H5P file, I get this error:
