Issues with Essay Content Type

Hello! I am using H5P to add interactives to my LearnDash course, and I am running into an issue with the Essay function. I find that when an answer is submitted, there is no confirmation that the answer was received and there is no notification that points have been awarded. Instead, the text just greys out (see Screenshot 1). In addition, there is no feedback message despite the fact that I’ve adjusted the settings to have feedback (see Screenshot 2).
I’ve tried to troubleshoot the solution, but can’t seem to figure out what is causing these errors. Is there something I am overlooking?

Would you please either provide the (link to) the Essay content or have a look at the development console which is likely to display some form of error message when you check the answer. The browser's development console is usually opened by pressing F12. Otherwise, there's virtually no way of telling what might be going wrong (a little like posting a picture of a car on the street and asking why it's not driving).

The problem most likely is you using Essay in a way that it was not planned to be used. You've not set any keyword to look for in the text, and as a result, the maximum possible score is 0. In that case, Essay does not show any feedback.
