Fill in the Blanks: text doesn't show properly on mobile

The correct answers on Fill in the Blanks show green text on a green background, making it almost impossible to read. Please see attached screenshot.

  1. Platform: Wordpress latest version
  2. Apple Mobile / iPad devices
  3. All browsers
