Is there away to prevent increasing the playback speed on interactive videos.

When a student fast playbacks the video (speed 2 for example); he/she can skip all the material and reach the interactive question without viewing the material. 

I need a way to block fast speed playback, in the same manner you blocked forward skipping video playback
