the activity with ID: 21 (example) could not be found in WordPress

I have the activities in WordPress, in "H5P Content" and they work perfectly. I load them in my LearnDash courses within WP, the problem is that after a while the activities are no longer seen within the course, and I get the error that says that the activity with ID: 21 (example) could not be found, and so on with all the activities. 

While in H5P Content nothing seems to have changed, it is like then the activities are no longer recognized. 

Could it be that the ID number changes for some reason and that's why LearnDash or WP stop finding the activity even though it is in H5P Content?

Platform and version number. WordPress 5.8.2

LearnDash is an online academy for selling courses. Version 3.5.0  

H5P plugin version: 1.15.4

WP always from the computer in the Browser: Chrome.
