I can't perform interactive video installation

I have H5p editor installed in moodle 3.11. When downloading course or accordion presentations, no problem.
But when downloading interactive video it is not done. When trying to install the library directly, it gives me the error--"Error reading from the database"-
Someone with the same problem?
