Cargo vídeo interactivo ya creado y se queda todo el rato con Cargando por favor espere...

Hola, más o menos eso que os indica. 

Voy a cargar un vídeo interactivo ya creado y lo carga sin problema y me indica que se ha cargado con éxito pero luego para poder editarlo me sale diciendo "Cargando por favor espere..." y no hace nada más. El archivo pesa solo 3 mb. 

Espero que sea algo puntual o no se si es que hago algo mal.

Hello, more or less what it tells you.

I am going to load an interactive video that has already been created and it loads without any problem and it tells me that it has been loaded successfully but then to be able to edit it it says "Loading please wait..." and it does nothing else. The file is only 3mb.

I hope it's something punctual or I don't know if I'm doing something wrong.
