Small multiple choice change

I would love to give the student feedback on the multiple choice/multiple answer questions as the student makes their selections rather than after they click the check box.

For example, on a medical test, I may ask the student to select different assessments they can perform on the patient such as checking their heart rate, skin color, blood pressure etc. 

As they select each possible choice, I'd love to give them feedback as to what the heart rate actually is. Then when they hit the check button, they will see which assessments they chose were correct to choose.
