Restrospective 'Shared' not translating to space - ALL content types

**not sure if this is the right forum - apologies if it isn't**

Now you can retrospectively select 'shared' on H5P objects. This has LIMITED functionality. It doesn't work in the same way for us as when objects have 'shared' selected when created.

It does 'share' the object:  it can be seen in the 'shared' list of objects, and can be cloned.

However, previously 'shared' objects were accessible in Brightspace by all users enrolled in a particular space. These objects aren't. They are only visible to the author. When they are cloned, with 'shared' is seleted, then reinserted in the space, they become accessible (same as when 'shared' is selected when object is first created).

1. Steps to recreate the bug = as above
2. Platform you're using: Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle (version number would be helpful as well) = D2L Brightspace, version unknown
3. Mobile or Desktop = desktop
4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc = all browsers
5. H5P plugin version = unknown
6. H5P content type version = all content types (at least Hot Spot, MC question, for sure)
7. Screenshots if it's a visual problem = NA
