Text align not working in answer options

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a problem my end or with the content type itself.

I'm trying to centre align the text in my multiple choice options, but they always stay to the left. I've tested aligning to the right but again the answers display on the left. Not sure what the reason could be for this. The question can be centre aligned, but not the options.

As you can see from the screenshots, I've modified the content type but I doubt this has anything to do with the problem.

Does anyone know what's causing this? Would anyone be willing to conduct a quick test to see if they are also experiencing this?

Actually, you are not supposed to display multiple question options in any other alignment than left-aligned. This is not a bug, but the editing interface should not offer the Center and Align right options, that's all.
