Hi Sabine!

A little more than a general "more visual design options" might be helpful. In fact, H5P allows you to change the visual appearance a lot. One can completely override the stylesheet, for instance, which allows to change the layout, colors, shapes, etc. While this requires some technical knowledge, it offers way more flexibility and usability than adding dozens of knobs, levers and fields to adjust things. But maybe you have something in particular that could be helped with?
