save as you go

Hi!

When I'm working on a resource, say an interactive book, can I save my work without having to display the current version? I seem to spend quite a bit of time waiting for the current version to load, but I want to be able to save frequently to avoid the risk of losing work for whatever reason. I suspect that I have just missed something obvious. Or maybe not.

There is no "save as you go" feature at least not yet.
