patched library not being identified. What could have gone wrong?

I have created a patched library H5P.LeepMultiChoice for H5P.MultiChoice. However,when I am uploading the content (that uses H5P.LeepMultiChoice) ,the uploaded library file uses H5P.MultiChoice instead of H5P.LeepMultiChoice

The file i provided is a patched library for h5p-multi-choice.However it isn't working as intended:

i) local wordpress identifies it as Multiple Choice content instead of LeepMultiple Choice content.

ii)However,H5P.LeepMultipleChoice-1.16 has been installed into /srv/..../uploads/h5p/libraries directory

iii)Though the libraries page(http://localhost/wp-admin/admin.php?page=h5p_libraries) donot shows LeepMultiple Choice as a available library

 What could have gone wrong?.............H5P.LeepQuestion.1.5 is also a patched library for H5P.Question
