Texteditor: Possibility to upload oder link images and combine them with text

Whereever I find a texteditor it should be possible to upload or link an image, set the dimensions of the image, write the discription of the image and set the alignment (right, left, top, bottom), the spaces and the border. For example, exactly as it is possible in this texteditor or as in moodle.

Why?
Pictures often say more than 1000 words. In addition, a task can refer to a diagram or another picture. This should then also be displayed close to the text.
